Key Responsibilities
Responsible to lead Hire Purchase Sales Team in Southern Region (Negeri Sembilan, Malacca & Johor).
To ensure high standard of service and compliance with company Standard Operation Procedures.
Strong proponent and agent of change to improve operational efficiency.
To motivate and promote team spirit in achieving region\xe2\x80\x99s target.
Visit UMWT, Perodua and other relevant outlets and maintain good rapport with them.
All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Business, Marketing or any related industry.
Experience in Automotive Sales or Finance Service will be an added advantage.
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Willing to travel whenever necessary.
