- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Possess at least 3 years or above in sales position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Willingness to travel within the area.
- Manage operations and performance of multiple stores.
- Ensure stores meet sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Lead and support store managers and staff to deliver excellent service.
- Analyze sales data and make improvements to drive growth.
- Implement efficient operational procedures.
- Regularly visit stores to provide feedback and address issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to support company goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets to maximize profitability.
- Act as the main point of contact between headquarters and stores
- Basic + Allowances (RM4000 - 6000)
