Job Description

This role oversees sales operations within a specific territory, ensuring sales targets are met through effective account management and market expansion. This role involves building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stakeholders while driving promotional activities to boost product visibility and revenue.

• Drive sales performance in the assigned territory by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales plans to grow market share and improve product availability within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and long-term business partnerships.
• Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats, providing feedback and insights to the management team.
• Work closely with distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels, avoiding stock-outs or overstocking.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth execution of strategies.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 4-5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry in Johor region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
