Job Position \xe2\x80\x93 SALES EXECUTIVE ( JOHOR BAHRU )s
Accountable for the achievement of territorial sales budget so that sales and earnings are maintained and increased, consistent with or better than the Owen Mumford objectives through proper execution of the sales and marketing plan and effective control of assigned territories.
Working with Sales and Marketing personnel to prepare quotations and proposals, to build up new business and to win tenders/contracts and direct purchase.
To monitor and participate in tender under your designated sales territories.
Building up new account coverage to further strengthen the current positioning of Owen Mumford.
Building and sustaining strong network base with customers to have consistent sales growth.
Assisting in the formulation of sales strategies to increase sales revenue in the territories covered and providing accurate forecasting of sales potential.
Conduct product training, workshop and CME/CNE/CPE on new & existing account to increase the product usage.
Attend conferences, symposium and scientific meeting which Owen Mumford participate including weekends.
1) Managing the Sales Process Financial
To achieve assigned sales targets for assigned territory.
To conduct consistent follow-ups on account collections and take full responsibility for the whole process.
To ensure expenses are within budget and to always exercise discretion. Planning
Prepares clear pre-call and post-call plans. To have clear objectives when calling at all times and to meet the objectives of the call.
To provide accurate article numbers and pricing when preparing quotations and to follow-up on the outcome of the quotations.
To track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations. To also follow through on the overall purchasing process.
Consistently provide accurate information for any updating needed in the company system.
Consistently updating competitors\xe2\x80\x99 information which includes organizational chart, business strategy and business alliances.
Maintaining good customer relationships by building trust and credibility with customers.
The ability to assist business development in developing the business plan and the execution of all the planning to the market.
To organize and conduct talks in wards and respective departments.
To organize and conduct hospital level talks.
Capable of handling other task or assignment when assign by management.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
Degree in Nursing or Biomedical Sciences will be added advantage
Possess a creative, inquisitive and analytical mind.
Continuously enhancing and updating oneself on developmental activities in the medical industry.
Innovative, aggressive and self-motivated with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
Min 1 year of medical sales experience in Malaysia.
Proven track record in field sales and ability to both build upon existing relationships and develop new ones.
A strong track record of growing revenue & ambition to develop and progress in a rapidly growing business.
