Responsibilities



Setting goals, developing, and driving strategic and operational plans based on trend analysis and local market knowledge to ensure effective execution Manage the team with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, value, and mission of GIGI Coffee Drive the engagement, development, and performance of all team members Demonstrate a calm demeanour during tough periods or unusual events and manage smooth transitions thereafter to keep the stores operating to standard and set positive examples for the store teams Demonstrate ingenuity and creativity in accomplishing goals when resources are limited or unavailable; can execute a plan without relying on a defined process Set clear expectations, delegate, and communicate key responsibilities, and practice with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations Constant review of store environment to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement Monitor and manage store staffing levels and the sales performance as well Utilize management information tools and analyses financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in-store performance Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations Develop risk management framework, service recovery framework, policy, and process and establish financial budgets and plans Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies, and guidelines. Facilitate the innovation process within the organization and fosters business relationships and organizational diversity Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Requirements



Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or other related disciplines. Minimum 2 years and above of work experience in the related field. Experience in handling more than two outlets is preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills. A valuable team player and able to work independently. Willing to work during weekends and public holidays. Possess leadership and decision-making skills. Pleasant personality, independent, hardworking, and an energetic person. Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay. Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM4,200.00 per month
