: \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure cost effectiveness in achieving budget and growth targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage sales target, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all team members comply to the Company Operating policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all branches; including the monitoring of product quality, completing all necessary branch reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply to the NRPA safety procedures according to Company health/sanitation regulations/ policies, including the execution of corrective actions as when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance of company procedures and standards on maintenance requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reports and follows up on preventive maintenance plans and activities. Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree or diploma in Pharmacy / Hospitality / Business Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must attend training in Headquartes (Petaling Jaya). \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in retail & pharmaceutical management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good problem solving, writing, administrative and are a must.
