An exciting Retail Manager (Beauty Retail) job has just become available at one of the most respected global law firms based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field. About the Retail Manager (Beauty Retail) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for bringing the brand to new heights, building visibility and advocacy in MY. You will ensure excellence in service, drive revenues, build and maximise sales budget, make good use of all the resources to ensure that top line and bottom line KPIs are delivered. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market growth
• Lead and mentor Store Managers to drive sales performance and exceptional customer experiences
• Ensure brand and operational standards are upheld across stores
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Recruit, train, and develop teams for operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide swift resolutions
• Travel within the designated area as needed

To succeed in this Retail Manager (Beauty Retail) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven beauty retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in retail software and tools
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Ability to travel within the area
