An attractive Training Manager (Beauty) job has become available at a global beauty brand based in Malaysia.
About the Training Manager (Beauty) Role:
This is a great opportunity for the Training Manager to realign on global standards for all beauty advisers and support the training modules in line with company vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop local modules aligning with the global standards for the trainees
- Conduct and support training across all management, training team, and beauty consultants
- Create fun elements in training sessions to entice the team to have an in-depth understanding of the brand
- Ensure a high level of the beauty consultant\'s services in consultation, customer service and after sales service
- Work closely with stakeholders as well other cross-division teams in order to align with the brand guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Great interpersonal skills with good communication in English and Bahasa
- Dynamic, assertive, creative with good presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced moving business
