Our client is a well-renowned beauty brand. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as a Training Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• To oversee brand training and education.
• Train, lead and guide make-up artists & frontliners on Product Knowledge and Product Demonstration.
• Lead and guide make-up artist on effective Customer Service and Selling and Soft Skills.
• Ensure all make-up artist and frontliners well understand product knowledge, brand concept, artistry skill, selling skills and customer services.
• Responsible to groom Makeup Artists based on each MUA\'s experience and makeup skill.
• Conduct exciting and fun new launch training with animation and creative elements for the team and motivation training if needed.
• Provide feedback for all new launch collections and be involved in forecasting for new launches.
• To conduct and support all technical and products training for management staffs, trainers & frontliners, these including on the job training, counter activities and sales transactions, exclusive workshops/press event/ make up/ facial massage/ yearly beauty consultants\' contest.
• Responsible to do workshops liaison with 3rd party.
• To advise and handle customers\' complaint if any.
• To ensure all MUAs have good customer service and good grooming and presentable.
• Work closely with Retail and Marketing Team to ensure Artist training is being implemented and executed on the field.
• To develop effective sales tools if necessary for MUAs to use during key launches.
• To develop career progression for MUAs together with Retail Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years trainer experience in beauty industry.
• Minimum diploma or degree in any field or with beauty course qualification.
• Good interpersonal and people skills.
• Certified Makeup Demonstration skills and knowledge in beauty product i.e., make up/ skin care.
• Good presentation skills.
• Creative and dynamic Organized, highly self-motivated, able to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• People Oriented.
