The Area Sales Manager for GT is responsible for managing the Field Sales Team on local level including the planning, coordinating of sales activities and goal setting for field sales. The Area Sales Manager reports to the General Trade Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities: * Set the team and individual KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (quantitative and qualitative). Communicate the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and structure effectively to the team.
