Job Description
A general trade FMCG sales role involving managing relationships with trade partners to ensure product availability and sales growth for the region. (Snacks and confectionery)
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive volume, revenue, and market share in Malacca & Johor.
- Managing relationships with trade partners to ensure optimal product distribution, inventory levels, and in-store visibility.
- Leading and coaching sales representatives to achieve performance targets and ensure the effective execution of trade activities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales plans.
- Executing promotional campaigns, negotiating trade deals, and managing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Diploma and Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of sales working experience in general trade FMCG company.
- Has experience and the familiarity of Southern region to manage both Malacca and Johor territories.
- Proven sales track record in FMCG and strategic in growing the market, driving sales performances.
- Experience in snacks or confectionery category company will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in distributor company distributing the same category is considered.
