About this job:
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop strong relationships with channel partners in the designated areas.
\xe2\x97\x8f Implementing agreed campaign plans in asigned sales area and deliver on budget.
- Work Location - Kuching, Sarawak
- Work Time - normal working hour
- Field staff
- Pay Range - RM6100 to RM10000 based on experience
- Offsite Allowance
- Reporting to Sales Head

- Bachelor degree in Agriculture.
- Requires knowledge and understanding within relevant area with minimum 5 years\' experience in sales or marketing, preferably in crop protection products or seeds
Ensure sales team effectiveness: hiring, capability building, performance management, motivation.
Implement sales strategies and initiatives within the assigned are and achieve sales targets.
Support pricing plans; manage distributor rebates.
Implement customer incentive plans.
Implement sales campaigns.
May ensure effective management of pull programs at farm level in accordance with channel management strategy Overarching accountabilities.
Contribute to customer segmentation data and campaign plans.
Provide information to crop marketing.
