Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations are strictly followed.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and storage, and reduce wastage. Keep operational costs in check and support sales targets through efficient planning.
5. Maintenance & Reporting
Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained. Track daily sales and performance, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
managing or supervising a restaurant.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle peak hours efficiently.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
