Job Description

Responsible as CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE as per contract requirement. Managing overall contract deliverables and performance. Attend operational and HSE meetings/forum as required by PSCs. Responsible to prepare contract start-up planning, scheduling and monitoring. Liaises with AM to ensure sufficient competent manpower planning for this contract. Ensuring that the instructions issued by PSCs representative are carried out. Supervise and plan activities for the technical personnel (Service Engineer and Service Technician). Monitor performance of technical personnel assigned for the contract. Report on ad-hoc activities and other planning, execution and progress. Assist in chemical program audit if required. Spearhead continuous improvement program. Verify documentation issued by the operation/QHSE personnel prior submission to PSCs i.e., report, minutes of meeting, proposal etc. Review overall chemical program and its KPI. Responsible to ensure compliance, monitor and report compliance on annual contract Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Coordinate monthly meeting with PSCs representative. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Requires an individual that fulfils the knowledge and skill requirements of the Area Supervisor position with several years of successful sales and/or marketing experience and the ability to sell in critical situations and provide expert technical advice to customers. Capable of handling a large sales base
