Job Responsibilities

Develop creative design concepts for marketing materials, event visuals, digital content, and promotional items. Design key visuals, posters, banners, buntings, brochures, flyers, packaging, and social media content. Produce high-quality mockups, layout drafts, 2D &

3D visuals

for approval. Create

3D booth designs, event layouts, product displays, and stage/backdrop structures

when required. Prepare and adapt artwork according to client brand guidelines and project requirements. Manage and organize design files, artwork archives, and project folders. Provide design ideas and creative solutions during brainstorming sessions. Handle urgent design requests and make revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Art & Design, Creative Media, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply). Proficient in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

, and basic

Canva

.

Must have 3D design knowledge

, preferably using

SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar 3D software

. Ability to create

2D and 3D visual concepts

for both print and digital formats. Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, branding, and visual presentation. Knowledge of artwork preparation for printing (bleed, CMYK, sizing, print specs). Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team. Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn new tools or design styles as required. Advantage (optional):

? Photography or content creation skills
? Experience in event or retail design

Working Conditions

Based at

Calibre Events Solutions

, Kuala Lumpur. Work closely with HR, Project, and Marketing teams. May be required to support urgent last-minute design tasks for campaigns or event needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
