KelayakanWe are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our creative department, oversee the development of high-quality design solutions, and ensure that our brand\'s visual identity remains consistent and impactful across all platforms, including websites, social media, video content, and events.

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/ related fields
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design innovation.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of leading successful design projects.
• Experience with photography, video production, and digital media is a plus.

• Lead and manage the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement the overall design strategy in alignment with the company\'s brand identity and business goals.
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to create cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design excellence.
• Serve as the brand and design gatekeeper, ensuring that all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Ensure cohesive and impactful design coverage across all platforms, including websites, social media posts, video content, and mobile apps.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage the design budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and output.
• Mentor and develop the skills of design team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Foster relationships with external partners (if any), such as agencies, freelancers, and vendors, to augment the design capabilities.
