• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in advertising, branding, or marketing agencies.
• Understanding of cultural nuances and market preferences in Malaysia.
• Fluency in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
• Able to handle campaign job from creative brainstorm to execution
• Able to lead designers and communicate with copywriter
• Strong understanding of concept, layout design, typography, color theory, digital imaging.
• Excellent/Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

TanggungjawabCreative Leadership:- Develop and execute the overall visual style and design for projects.- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.- Ensure the visual style is consistent and aligns with brand identity.Project Management:- Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final execution.- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Team Supervision:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creatives.- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve team performance and output.- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.Collaboration:- Work closely with other third parties partners, such as videographer, photograher, editor, printer, to align creative strategies and deliverables.- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary.- Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas and gain feedback.Quality Control- Ensure all visual materials meet high standards of quality and creativity.- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies.Strategic Planning.- Contribute to the development of creative strategies and campaigns.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.- Develop and implement design guidelines and standards.Manfaat
