• Proven work experience as a graphic designer or junior art director, typically 5-10 years in the creative industry.
• Possess at least Diploma/Degree and also fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Familiarity with both digital and print media, understanding the differences in design approaches for each.
• Excellent creative, conceptual and design skills with a strong portfolio of relevant works.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, photographers, copywriters, and other professionals within a team.
• Understanding of how to manage design projects within budget constraints.

Tanggungjawab

• Creative Development: Overseeing the design and production of various materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring they meet the company's standards and objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
• Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and translating them into compelling visual concepts.
• Quality Control: Reviewing and approving final artwork, materials, and print proof before production.
