Working Hours: Mon-Fri 930am-630pm

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support business objectives. Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to improve products, services, and operations. Collaborate with IT, data science, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Oversee data collection, cleansing, and preparation for AI and analytics projects. Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and vendors for technical suitability. Monitor AI system performance, accuracy, and scalability. Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, transparency, and fairness. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, research, and regulations. Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and presentations for leadership. Provide training and awareness programs to build internal AI literacy.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 2 years of experience in AI development, data science, or advanced analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs. Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance.
