Duties & Responsibilities: 1. A non-responsibility holding teacher is required to have a contact teaching load of 75% FTE a week. 2. Provide a variety of learning experiences that actively engages students and are appropriate for their individual needs. 3. Develop year plans, unit plans, and lesson plans. 4. Establish and communicate clear objectives for learning activities. 5. Incorporate a variety of learning materials and resources. 6. Differentiate to meet students\' varying needs. 7. Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment. 8. Use relevant technology to support instruction. 9. Observe and evaluate student\'s performance and development. 10. Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments. 11. Provide appropriate feedback on work. 12. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students. 13. Maintain accurate and complete records of students\' progress and development. 14. Support all school activities including extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations 15. You shall perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Arts or related fields. 2. Having at least 3 years teaching experience 3. Excellent verbal and written English skills. 4. Candidate must be able to prepare schemes of work and lesson plans, deliver lessons effectively according to the learning ability of the student. 5. Candidate is able to conduct the classes independently. Passion to teach and interact with the students. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Creative and willing to accept new ideas and concepts in teaching and education. 8. Possess good planning, organizing, coordinating, presentation, and time management skills.
