In this role, you will take ownership of project timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration, acting as the go-to expert for artwork management. You will solve problems, ensure compliance, and continuously improve processes.We are looking to hire 6 Artwork Coordinators to be based in our Regional Capability Centre in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Manage project plans, timelines, and task assignments to ensure on-time and high-quality artwork.
• Ensure GxP compliance and system accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including artwork studios.
• Maintain accurate data and propose ideas for enhancing workflows.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree + 2 years of business experience
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Problem-solver with Microsoft tools experience
• Bonus: Familiarity with SAP, Veeva, or FMCG/logistics operations
