• Have work experience in health/supplements, or a relevant field.

Scopes:

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of customers-related material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales feedback when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Monthly checking the customers debtor statement, make sure the customers have clear any outstanding amount.
• Generate customer raw material & packaging material stock balance report.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Make sure your team has arranged the delivery services, courier services of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Make sure they follow up to get sample from R&D, RA artwork status and latest packaging artwork.
• Updating the product price list report.
