We are seeking a motivated Graduate Student specializing in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Project Management, or Field Engineering to join our Ascent program as a Site Engineer. This role will involve working on innovative projects in the telecommunications industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a practical setting while gaining valuable experience in project management and technical implementation.
What you will do:

• Assist in the managed services operations, coordination, and execution of telecommunication related tasks.
• Conduct research and analysis to support Operations tasks in telco networks and requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and processes for different managed services functions e.g. Network Ops, Network performance and Optimization, Managed Security etc.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for different operations tasks.
• Assist in the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecommunications or IT systems.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the Telcom Industry.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Project Management, Field Engineering, or related field.
• Strong academic background with coursework in telecommunications systems, IT infrastructure, project management methodologies, and/or engineering principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior internship or project experience in telecommunications, IT, or related fields is advantageous.
