Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee commercial and advanced sales operations across assigned ASEAN markets.
Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to guide sales planning, customer strategy, and product direction.
Develop and execute targeted programs to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts with a focus on profitability.
Manage the full quotation process, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely proposal submissions and driving price negotiations to closure.
Implement continuous margin improvement initiatives and oversee standard change controls, including ECN/VEVA and long-term agreement (LTA) negotiations.
Negotiate or support negotiations for customer contracts, ensuring favorable commercial terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OE customers, particularly key decision-makers, to understand needs and deliver effective solutions
Ensure close alignment with global and regional (Asia) sales leadership teams.
Support the department head in long-term strategic planning, forecasting, and annual budget development.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent command of English.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
At least 20 years of experience in commercial sales roles.
Strong competency in cost analysis, financial modeling, and quotation preparation.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with clients across multiple global regions.
Strong understanding of financial metrics and experience collaborating with finance teams.
Proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is an added advantage.
