Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 4,200 Per Month + MYR 300 - MYR 400 Commission

Location: KL City, WP Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

Achieve at least a Diploma certificate.

1-3 years' experience in an Operations role; background in the travel industry is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in English & Mandarin.

Strong Communication Skill.

Attention to detail, ability to adapt to changes, and a passion for continuous process improvement.

Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support on any request as needed.

Ability to comprehend systematic logical flows.

Responsibilities:

Manage travel tour operations from start to finish.

Understand and follow company working processes and workflows for daily tasks.

Use company systems to place all service orders according to guidelines.

Control budgets and conduct negotiations for over-budget issues.

Check daily incoming messages and requirements.

Follow up on requests and amendments, delivering results across multiple time zones.

Issue and draft invoices, and check final costing sheets.

Ensure productivity in tour handling and control the ratio of mistakes causing financial impact.

Coordinate tasks and communication with network offices and service vendors.

Work closely with relevant network offices to solve issues.

Ensure all confirmations are delivered to customers on time.

Handle tour reports and complaints, and update sales offices on tour situations.

Record all cases into a Quality Control Logbook for statistics and review.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.
