Position: \xef\x82\xb7 Job title : Customer Service Coordinator \xef\x82\xb7 Location : Kuala Lumpur \xef\x82\xb7 Daily report : Daily report to supervisor & office manager : 1. 24 hours call center customer service coordinator; 2. Dealing with customer by calls or online communication channel who is traveling over the world; 3. Handling complaints and inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally; 4. Required to work on shift include night hours and weekend/holidays; 5. Trouble shooting, customer supporting, emergency help line; 6. Liaising with MIKI networking offices or supplier for case follow up, liaising with client, travel agent, MIKI sales person in charge for solution; 7. Send tour message from in-house system and send email to relevant sales team or stakeholders; 8. Send the booking fax / email to hotel if necessary; 9. It is a 24x7 call service center, will operate by shift rotation including weekends & public holidays; 10. Update the master case and provide the report and statistic where is necessary. Handling excel file. 11. Be flexible to support other department where is necessary. 12. Accept the task and project assigned by manager or company. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Working experience in travel industry is preferable; \xef\x82\xb7 Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications; \xef\x82\xb7 Detailed, good communication skill, initiative; \xef\x82\xb7 English & Mandarin languages are needed.
