I-TRACING is looking for a new talent to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur! As Asia Pacific HR Manager , you will lead and develop Human Resources to support our expansion in Asia (Shanghai, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur). From recruitment, payroll, developing relationship with universities to managing HR projects within the team, you will play a key role in developing the different I-TRACING teams operating from the area. You will work closely with the HR and Recruitment Team in France to manage team growth roadmap and work with Managers in Asia to adjust strategy to the local markets. Job Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the Group HRD, you will work on the following: Staffing and Recruitment Manage JD drafting, job posting, CV screening. Conduct HR interviews. Prepare offer letters and labor contracts. Prepare the administrative onboarding/offboarding of employees. Collaborate with global HR team to adjust recruitment strategy in Asia. HR projects Develop strategic partnership with schools. Develop I-Tracing employer brand. Assist the Asia Pacific Director with special tasks or projects, as assigned. Employees Relations Contribute to the development and documentation of HR processes and procedures in Asia. Act as primary contact for all employees in Asia (onboarding, payroll, employee assistance, etc). Payroll and Benefits Assist the Payroll Administrator with preparation of payroll files on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate has: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in recruiting Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity professionals. A first experience on a generalist scope. Ability to confidently communicate, with a persuasive and credible personal style. Agility to work in a fast-moving and vibrant setting, and in a highly mobilized team. Fluent English - Chinese Mandarin and/or French would be a real asset. Don\'t hesitate and join us!
