Purpose of Role
As a member of the Asia Regional Product Marketing Team, you will have a good understanding of Santen\'s vision, strategy, and direction of the Asia CFU under the Head of Regional Marketing\'s guidance. The primary goal will be to contribute to the growth of the Asia business by executing in the following areas:
\xe2\x91\xa0 TA/Brand and MTP strategy: Draft and plan long-term TA, brands and MTP strategies that align with the TA direction, global strategy, and regional or local needs of important markets. Actively get involved in the actualization process and lead value maximization efforts
\xe2\x91\xa1 Strategic penetration and improvement: Focus on strategic penetration and the improvement of strategy in each country through TA strategy implementation and new product strategy
\xe2\x91\xa2 Organization development: Play a key role in educating and growing local marketing members, developing them into global talent with strategic and forward-thinking skills
