For an executive search firm located in Thailand, we are seeking a new salesperson based in the Philippines. You will cover most of Asia in your business development work.

Join our team of top-notch professionals as a Sales Executive in the exciting world of executive search! We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about closing deals and driving revenue. As a key member of our team, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn and via email, establishing new business relationships and expanding our reach in the executive search space.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target the most promising potential clients on LinkedIn and other online platforms
  • Craft compelling emails and LinkedIn messages that introduce our exceptional executive search services and leave a lasting impression
  • Close deals and drive revenue by effectively communicating the value of our services and overcoming objections
  • Keep track of all your interactions with potential clients using our cutting-edge CRM system
  • Work closely with our team of expert executive search consultants to understand client needs and develop customized proposals that exceed their expectations
  • Attend industry events and network with key players to expand your network and build valuable relationships with potential clients
  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed of the latest industry trends and developments, ensuring that we always offer the most relevant and valuable services to our clients
  • Conversing with leads through LinkedIn, calls, and emails
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and professionalism to represent our company at the highest level
  • Unwavering organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools, with the technical savvy to leverage these tools to maximum effect
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A background or interest in the executive search or talent acquisition industry is a plus, but not essential
