THE ROLE:
We\xe2\x80\x99re a group of passionate and innovative engineers, who are working on implement cutting edge interconnection technology into world leading x86 SoC solution, like Ryzen/Epyc/Radeon/Instinct family.
Ethernet IP and Subsystem(including Controller/PCS/PHY) is playing a more and more critical role of Data Centric SoC solution. A SmartNIC(Network Interface Card) offload network traffic processing from CPU, act as central hub of Automotive Network which is critical to Auto-Driving. A virtualized SmartNIC provides rich features for customer to facilitate Data Center usage and HPC(High Performance Computing).
THE PERSON:
Be good at communication and teamwork, self-motivated and with good work ethics.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Ethernet IP test-bench maintenance and updating, to support new feature.
- Long lead interconnection IP/Subsystem/Combo-Whacker level test-bench building, test-case debugging.
- Long lead interconnection IP and Ethernet IP validation support.
- Verification environment efficiency improvement.
Plus (good at any one or more):
- Good RTL coding with Verilog, test-bench coding with SystemVerilog.
- Good knowledge of design verification methodology, familiar with UVM/OVM/VMM.
- Good understanding of ASIC/SoC design and verification flow.
- Have at least two kinds of following knowledge: 802.3 Ethernet Protocol, PCI-Express, CXL, AMBA AXI/AHB/APB.
- Knowledge about Automotive Ethernet features like TSN and AVB is a strong plus.
- Good knowledge about CPU/GPU micro-architecture, know \xe2\x80\x98how\xe2\x80\x99 the whole system works.
- Have low power or power aware experience is a strong plus.
- Be good at script language, such as Perl, Python, Ruby, C Shell, Makefile.
- Be good at English or Chinese is a plus.
- Strong problem shooting capability and uncompromising delivery mindset.
- Willingness of driving challenging tasks to closure.
- Experience of collaboration with global team with different time zones and background.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
