Leads and coordinates the activities within a self-directed team environment to ensure that production and performance commitments are fulfilled. Act as technical & engineering resources to the team and leads improvement plans.

Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering
Experience in formulating procedures and training programs.
Strong interpersonal skills together with the ability to communicate and leadership are desired.
Willing to participate in hands on work in a dynamic multicultural workshop environment.
Excellent skills in problem solving, team building and initiative are required to coordinate problem resolution and to execute the schedule requirements within a team environment.
To provide engineering support to assigned area including day-to-day manufacturing problem
solving and maintenance of all process documentation. Analyze and correct technical problem that arise during the processes in associate with non-conformance. Stabilized work processes and improvement efforts with a consistent focus for improvement in safety, quality (100% FPY & 0% quality defect), delivery (OTD), cost, process stability
Lead and supervise leaders/technicians in the department or project. Interact with assembly
technicians and assembly group leader to understand and improve the work condition and
efficiency of the crew.
Interfaces with site support groups (engineering, QA, QC, warehouse, logistic, maintenance &
supplier) to utilize resources effectively to optimize business performance
Interface with Production Inventory Control, Project Team and relevant functional group to resolve technical problems and ensure that work progresses are not held up.
Formulate & implement assembly/test standard work instructions, work documentation system
and training programs for process improvements and standardized work practices
Identifying production processes, including test equipment and test methods to improve
production processes, improving the quality and reducing lead times. Work with Engineering, and Assembly and Test personnel to develop efficient methods for assembling and testing product
Review and ensure safe execution of assembly and testing procedures. Analyze all necessary
documentation prior to production requirements and creating the necessary work packages.
Marking up documentation on the shop floor and informing engineering of the required
amendments
Review & design Assembly & Test equipment, & test fixtures to facilitate the work processes.
Provide advice and training for usage, handling, maintenance of assembling tools and testing
equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, and fixtures
Identifies and procures tooling, gauges and fixtures to support the assembly/test of products.
Provides manufacturing support in the identification, procurement and start-up of machine tools
for production. Create AFE (Authorization for expenditure) demand for assembly & test assets
Develop or bring in new technologies as well as process improvements. Proactively source and
recommend supplier and supplier for alternate source and negotiate with supplier to achieve
desired results related to price, delivery, services and quality
Coordinates the maintenance and upgrade of machine tooling and equipment to ensure
manufacturing capability exists to meet organizational objectives Requirements
