Job Description

Plans and supervises the activities in the assemble and test shop. Utilizes Lean Manufacturing techniques to ensure the components are produced to satisfy project schedules with attention to safety, quality, minimized time cycle and cost. Ensures quality output with a goal of 100% first pass yield by coordinating/optimizing manufacturing processes and eliminating defects. Provides training, motivation, guidance and communication to team members to develop a competent, well disciplined, safety and quality conscious team. Coordinated the maintenance and upgrade of machine tooling to ensure manufacturing machining capabilities exists to meet organizational objectives. Initiate improvement plans and cost savings.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
