Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components into complete mechatronic systems according to blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Install and route cables, harnesses, and sensors following electrical safety standards.
Perform functional and diagnostic tests on subsystems (motors, actuators, sensors, controllers, PLCs, etc.) to verify performance and quality.
Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly or integration issues.
Use hand tools, torque wrenches, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly procedures, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and assembly efficiency.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and lean manufacturing practices.
