Position: Asset Inspector
Tenure: 2 years contract (Renewable basis)
Salary: Up to RM 3600
Working Location: Damansara Height
Working Hour: Standard
Job Responsibilities:
Request for Fixed Asset Ledgers (FAL) and stickers from Controllers
Schedule site visit with Sales / dealers for asset verification
To verify fixed and removable assets against FAL
List assets in FAL but not at site and assets on site but not in FAL
Tag assets sighted on site at specified locations
Communicate to Controllers on items #4
Prepare PTRA to register assets sighted on site but not listed in FAL
Prepare PTRB to write-off assets listed in FAL but not on site
Obtain endorser / approver of PTRA & PTRB to be forwarded to Controllers
Submit report on progress
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualifications Degree other field, preferably from Engineering field.
Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience. Fresh Grad with good experience during internship is welcome to apply.
Must have car and valid driving license.
Willing to travel for site visits
Willing to work long hours to meet deadline.
