Responsibilities:
Inventory at hand, newly assigned laptop/pc, laptop/pc returned by resigned staff, functioning/damaged laptop or pc
Tracking of laptop/pc inventory by brand and by model
Tracking of laptop/pc that have been loaned, exchanged, assigned to new joiners or collected/to be collected back from resigned personnel
Monitor and verify other IT asset quantity movement such as mobile phone, pad/tablet and projector
Periodically tidy up IT Asset store
