Logistics Admin Executive sits in the Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) organization and is responsible for logistics master data support, service entry settlement, billing processing and value leakage identification for the AP Region. This position requires the individual to closely monitor, scrutinize and analyze billing figures and trends to ensure that Service Providers are billing LSC Logistics accurately as per contract and volume handled.
What\'s the role?
Ensures payment settlements are completed on time and in full for all Logistics spend \xe2\x80\x93 automated (Fright Service Billing, FSB) & Manual billing. This would entail but not be limited to:
Validating and processing invoices from all service providers not under \xe2\x80\x98self-billing\'
Perform SAP entries for transaction
Raise any billing issues and value leakage accordingly with the relevant Contract User
Execute Freight Self Billing (FSB) shipment costing cycle
Support monthly accrual process by providing status on unprocessed invoices
Monitors and accurately maintains relevant logistics transport master data
Role requirements:
This individual will need to be able to act independently, with an open mind towards trends and issues and has good communication skills as he/she will need to communicate with individuals in various functions and service providers. This individual must also be persistent and firm in following up on actions with the various parties involved. Also, the individual would be instrumental in demonstrating the value of this strategic decision.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
Logistics, commercial and/or operational based background
Skillful in working with huge set of data, including data upload/ download and data massaging
Good communication skills
Must enjoy relatively frequent stakeholder engagement and solicitation of feedback
High level of self-motivation
Self-starter with a passion for delivering tangible results
Must enjoy working around numbers, data trends and information
Enjoys the challenge meeting deadlines
Resilient and able to manage workload stress
Excellent MS Office Skills and other IT skills
With SAP experience as user, preferably
