Asset Management Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for on-site asset management according to IDC asset SOP Ensure the security and consistency of IDC room assets Daily operations related to asset management. Responsibilities: Receiving Incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders Sort, organize and retrieving stock Package items and label correctly, scan delivered items and ensure quality Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors Stack and organize large bulk items Update logs and documentation for inventory processing Keep neat and clean warehouse premises Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date. Requirements: Have local identity, diploma/college degree or above Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and customers Asset management, warehouse management or IDC related experience is preferential Basic knowledge about IDC facilities Familiar use Office tools such as EXCEL Can work under pressure, and accept overtime work sometimes Careful, steadfast Fresh Graduate are welcome, training will be provided
