SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the Concierge is to provide members and guest with an excellent experience for the duration of their stay through welcoming them upon arrival to the i-Privillege Club (hereby called "Clubhouse"), recommending Clubhouse, local facilities and services provided.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional, friendly and engaging service in accordance with i-Privilege Club\'s service standards
- Recommend Clubhouse facilities, services and any other events that may be of interests to them
- Assist members and guests with any inquiry and plans or arrangements they require as well as Clubhouse facilities booking in an informative and helpful way
- Focus attention on members and guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous in keeping with i-Privilege Club\xe2\x80\x99s Core Values
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
- Monitor, clean and disinfect reception counter and clubhouse facilities;
- Ensure information of the members are organized and up-to-date; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position
