The individual should have some experience in the industry, is always striving to achieve targets, and is constantly hungry for knowledge. He or she should also possess a good customer-oriented attitude in helping customers by responding to their queries in an efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage both inbound and outbound calls to achieve sales targets by providing an optimum service to customers who have done comparisons on our website

Help customers find the products that best suit their needs

Attend to customers queries by providing accurate information and ensuring that queries are handled professionally

Developing an in-depth knowledge of financial products and services offered, to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to prospective customers

Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
