Responsibility:
i) Handle incoming calls/WhatsApp/LiveChat/Emails and inquiries about the financial product
ii) Patiently listen to customer's inquiry or problems
iii) Deliver polite and accurate response to customers in a timely manner
iv) Foster and build relationship with customers
v) Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
vi) To serve Singaporean customer
vii)Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6:30 pm
viii)To observe Singapore Public Holiday
Requirement(s):-
i) EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
ii) Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center OR banking/insurance industry
iii) MUST have exposure to insurance & credit card (either selling or as consumer)
iv) Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps
v) Strong Communication Skill and able to Multi Task
vi) Dynamic, energetic and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
vii) MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
viii)MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA
