Job Description

Customer Service Operator (4 days work only - up to RM2000)

- Working hours : 8AM to 8PM (Day shift). 8PM to 8AM (Night shift)
- Work days: 4 days (including Saturday and Sunday)
- Working days per week : 4 days work only (3 days off)
- Work Location: KL, Bukit Bintang area. Next to Raja Chulan Monorail Station.
- Basic Salary + Meal Allowance + Incentive


:

-Handles inbound call and inquiries (Telephone)
-Provide customer service and solutions to customers
-Ensure customers satisfaction

Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least SPM (Malaysian Only)
-Minimum 1 year Telephone Customer Service experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to work on weekends and shifts (On rotation)
-Those who can start immediately preferred
-Those experience with Call Center Customer Service will be added advantage
