• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher.
• Candidates with knowledge of buggies, forklifts, golf machinery equipment, or related fields are preferred.
• Passionate, trustworthy, team-oriented with a proactive attitude towards learning.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must possess personal transportation.
• Ability to start work immediately is a plus.
• Compensation: Basic salary + Travel Allowance + Bonus

TanggungjawabJob Responsibilities:

• Perform battery installation and testing on buggies and forklifts.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on batteries.
• Inspect buggies to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs on buggies to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Handle the commissioning of new buggies, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Liaise with manufacturers or suppliers for any buggy-related concerns or for parts replacement.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Offer exemplary after-sales service to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues promptly, especially those concerning buggies.
• Monitor inventory and order necessary parts as required for both buggies and forklifts.
