Assistant Account Manager

Job Description


Job Responsibility:

  • Handle and monitoring Company full sets of accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R, month end closing into accounting system with speed and accuracy and proper file all the related documents.
  • To support month end, quarterly and year-end financial closing and reporting.
  • Ensure timely account closing including financial statement/report preparation, supporting schedule and related matters.
  • Responsible on cash management, budget and forecast and timely submission of management report.
  • Handle year end reports for audit and tax schedules.
  • Assist in cash management and implementation
  • Assist in preparation of trade finance documentation.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time.
  • Complying to ISO 9001 QMS requirement
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounting
  • Good command of both spoken and written business English.
  • Mandarin fluency preferred for this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented.
  • Able to work in Kelana Square Kelana Jaya Petaling Jaya
