Maintain and review the entire account records and systems to ensure compliance with the group financial policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Maintaining Full sets of accounts inclusive of accounts set up and day-to-day financial records of the company.
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. All legal obligations are completed including E-invoice, SST, payment of taxes. filing of required government reports and others updates from government standards.
Prepare report to the Board of Directors on all pertinent matters including delinquencies, assets composition and the end-of-month profit / loss position.
Managing cash flow to ensure financial obligation are met.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, internal and external auditors.
Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
Assist in month and end year process, accounts payable/ receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed assets activity, debt activity etc.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with Professional Accountancy Qualifications recognized by MIA such as ACCA, CIMA, CPAs.
At least 3 years' working experience in related field
Familiar with account standards, tax law and filing procedure
Required Skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SQL
Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
