Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with Accountant and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks; \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage full spectrum of finance and accounts for the Company; \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide consolidated monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting and analysis; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of submission and review of periodic forecasting and annual budgeting of financial results; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of submission for all month-end and ad-hoc reporting within timeline set; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Company\xe2\x80\x99s financial accounting, tax and other related functions are in accordance and comply with corporate governance, legal statutory and Group requirements; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and manage payments and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors; \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage internal and/or external bankers, auditors, tax agents and legal advisor for statutory compliance and legislative requirements; \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualified Accountant preferably with CIMA/ CPA/ ACCA or a degree in accounting and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA); \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Managers specializing in Finance \xe2\x80\x93 General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role including Financial Accounting & Reporting or Management/ Cost Accounting/ Business Analyst; \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, Malaysian tax legislation and practices; \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and report writing skills; \xe2\x80\xa2 A proactive, detailed-oriented, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical problem solving communication and interpersonal skills; \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
