\xc2\xb7 Prepare and generate monthly and yearly sales reports and account receivable analysis.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and generate the Vendor and Customer aging report.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare debit and credit notes.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all collections and payments are accurate and on bona fide timely basis and follow up any outstanding issues promptly.
\xc2\xb7 Update Fixed Assets Register (FAR) every month and provide depreciation figures for monthly close.
\xc2\xb7 Issue invoices and prepare entry for incoming payment.
\xc2\xb7 Generate accounts receivable statement monthly and follow up AR collection.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare AR gaining analysis on weekly basis.
\xc2\xb7 Month end closing.
\xc2\xb7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the integrity of accounting data entry, processing works in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Payroll Functions.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for month end and year closing and ensure that financial statements are prepared timely in true and fair view.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare accounts analysis and audit schedules.
\xc2\xb7 Allocation of accounting codes.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all invoices receipts are according to the purchase order\'s terms and conditions.
\xc2\xb7 Vendor reconciliation.
\xc2\xb7 AP Payment based on the payment terms.
\xc2\xb7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare month end closing and analysis for stock, direct material and indirect material costs.
\xc2\xb7 Reconcile closing figures and provide journal entries for monthly closing reporting and ensure that all related transactions are correctly booked.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure material scrap and attrition are correctly reported in the financial book.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare proper under/over labor cost and overhead absorption.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing departmental cost analysis, product cost analysis, sales analysis, FG analysis and variance cost analysis in proper manner and timely order.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain rate file in proper manner and timely order.
\xc2\xb7 Assist the management accountant in coordinating physical inventory activities. Ensure PI count and procedures are properly documented.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly manufacturing related statistics for government bodies.
\xc2\xb7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
