Report and work closely with Financial Controller/Finance Manager
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation of full sets of accounts
Preparation of audit and tax schedules
Prepare bi-weekly payment runs and monthly 3rd party or intercompany billing
Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
Responsible for intercompany reconciliation
Prepare quarterly GST for submission
Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process
Liaise with tax agents and other stakeholders
Recommending improvement of internal controls, risk identification and business processes including but not limited to accounting practices
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Strong technical accounting, tax and GST knowledge
Strong F&B and/or retail-related knowledge
Experience in handling annual audit
Bachelor\'s degree/Post Graduate Diploma
Minimum 3 years prior experience in a similar capacity
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
MYOB/Sage300, Google workspace and Microsoft office proficient
Neat and meticulous in documentation and handling
Be a proactive member in the Finance team
Ability to work within tight deadlines
