Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance. This full-time and permanent position is based in Johor, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Finance Operation and its\' growth.Key responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the team works aligned with the company policy, standards procedure and regulatory requirements.
• Post daily payments including checks, wires, and automate clearing house (ACH) credit transfers to customer accounts.
• Responsible for accurately applies cash collections to the customer\'s account using appropriate accounting applications.
• Work closely with Credit Control team in resolving settlement dispute and unprocessed fund applications.
• Assist with month end closing activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Key requirements

• Good communication skills
• Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Ability to rganize and prioritize work with minimum supervision
• Strong team player
• Prior experience in handling account receivable is a great advantage.
• Experience in the shared services and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage
• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• At least with 3-5 years of experiences in accounting/finance.
