: Assistant Admin



Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the management team and staff. Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination tasks. Liaise with government agencies for licensing matters and ensure compliance with regulations. Support day-to-day office operations and other tasks as assigned. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage licensing processes with government agencies, or willingness to learn from the basics. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
