We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant / Admin Intern
to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources and administrative operations. You will support daily HR tasks and help ensure the smooth running of office administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and memos.
Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
Help coordinate internal events, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR and administrative files are organized and handled confidentially.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
